On June 16, the UNICT team part of the e-SAFE project will hold a panel discussion as part of the International Social Housing Festival, which is taking place in Helsinki June 14-17.
The event titled "Affordability vs Sustainability? Not necessarily. The importance of designing financial tools within a policy framework: an Italian perspective." will focus on local stakeholder engagement strategies to disseminate energy renovation at the building scale as a trigger for a more comprehensive urban regeneration strategy that can respond to both social and economic challenges.
The panel, led for e-SAFE by Professor Laura Saija and PostDoc Giulia Li Destri Nicosia, will be held online from 11am to 1pm Helsinki time (10-12am CET).
